MULTINUT GIEHL®
The MULTINUT GIEHL® quick-release nut is a quick-release fastening nut made from the material of your choice for maximum loads

TIME IS MONEY!
The Multinut needs 3 seconds to bridge a one meter long thread during assembly or disassembly. The standard nut needs 60 seconds. With the Multinut, the length of the thread no longer plays a role!
To install, slide the MULTINUT over the thread as far as it will go and lock it. Use the wrench to tighten the connection to the required torque. Only four different wrench sizes are required to fit all sizes from M6 to M24.
For disassembly, the MULTINUT is loosened with the wrench, opened by pulling on the sleeve and then removed via the thread.

Step 1: Slide the open MULTINUT over the thread

Step 2: Slide the MULTINUT as far as it will go and close it by gently pressing the sleeve

Step 3: Tighten the closed MULTINUT to the desired tightening torque using a wrench
Advantages
- Over 90% time saving during assembly compared to standard nuts
- Bridging of rusted, plastically deformed thread paths (in case of stiffness)
- No seizing on the thread possible
- No difficulties with damaged threads
- No special wrench required, a standard open-end wrench or ring wrench is sufficient
- The Multinut is ready to use, has no loose parts and always remains a single unit
- No need to start and search for the thread
- No need to turn the nut as far as it will go
- No need to hold the screw or threaded rod to fix it in place
- Easy installation in tight and inaccessible places
- No gripping with longer threads
- No resistance due to paint residue, rust or damaged threads
- Sustainability: reusability due to protection of the thread flanks, making them much more sustainable than standard nuts
